Tropical Disco Paradise! Mins to Beach, Heated Pool

Perfect spot for our bachelorette weekend! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Plenty of space for our group of 9 and an easy, smooth stay from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our group enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully eclectic. The beds were super comfortable, and the heated pool was such a treat on a chilly night. We also felt that it was easy for our group of six to cook dinner and breakfast in the kitchen. The hosts are very generous, leaving little gift bags and goodies in the bedrooms and even the bathrooms! Our favorite parts of our stay was probably learning to disco in the living room and watching Creature of the Black Lagoon while lounging on the giant, cozy 70s-style couch (highly recommend). Thank you for the lovely stay, and for our souvenirs!!

Such an amazing place to stay. Jim and Christin were so helpful from the beginning. The house was spotless and perfect for our party of 7. Everything you can think of was there. My daughter loved the vanity in her room with the crimper, straightener, and blow dryer. I loved the heated pool with the waterfall. The laundry was outside, which I thought was so perfect. They had a popcorn machine and lots of games for the kids. We loved it and will 100% be back to stay. Thank you thank you. So many memories were made.

We loved our stay here. Seven of us stayed for four nights, and the house was well appointed with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The heated pool was a highlight—especially for our seven-year-old. The back TV room was perfectly laid out and comfortably fit all of us at once. We made use of everything from the games to the fully stocked kitchen. The location was convenient with easy drives to the beach and downtown, and the neighborhood was great for short after-dinner walks (plus a park right across the street that we didn’t even get to). Highly recommend—we’d absolutely stay again.

Christin and Jim were amazing! They are on top of their messages and got back in touch with me super quickly. They knew I was coming for my bachelorette and provided a long list of things to do, where to go, bars and restaurants, etc. They offered to keep the pool heated which was amazing and also had tables and chairs for us to bring a hibachi chef to the house. The house was super clean and a great space to fit our whole group. Anything you may need that wasn’t in the house they were willing to bring. Looking forward to staying with them in the future!

I can’t emphasize enough how amazing of an airbnb this is with even better hosts!! Jim and Christin went so above and beyond they even ordered a cocktail shaker to the house because they didn’t have one originally. This airbnb is in such a great location, comfortable, clean, and so aesthetically pleasing. I couldn’t recommend this spot enough!

Just as pictured! We stayed for my sister bachelorette party and it was perfect! Everything was extremely clean, stocked kitchen, and comfy beds! The pool and patio were so much fun as well! Couldn't recommend enough!

Wonderful place to stay with the house being minutes from the beach and downtown. The house was very clean and amenities were very nice. Jim and Christine are extremely nice and very responsive to any requests or needs, prior to arrival and while you are staying. Couldn’t have found a better place for our trip. The Disco Tropical vibe was adorable!

This was a great location to host a bachelorette weekend! The house decor was perfect and access to a private pool made for a great pool day. More than enough space to host a get together. Hosts were quick to respond to messages. AC was out when we arrived however it was fixed a few hours after the same day. It was a chillier weekend, especially in the evenings, and we were not informed that it costs an extra $25 a day to heat the pool, so that was disappointing. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone hosting a bachelorette party!

This was a great place to stay! We came down for a girls trip and it was the cutest house for it! When we got there it was very hot and we noticed a minimum lock on the thermostat but the host was very quick to get back to me and turn it down so it could cool off for us. They were quick to respond anytime we had questions.

I was born in 1977 so when I found this place, I decided to get there for my birthday We had a blast The house is beautiful, I loved every detail of it. 10 minutes from st Pete beach and 15 from the Dali museum, which I highly recommend. The plan was to visit many places but we enjoyed staying home by the pool and cook a couple of dinners in Good memories were built ☺️

The place is very beautiful. Unfortunately it was very warm inside, took several hours for house to cool. Me and my guests were sweating. For the price I would’ve liked some nice cold AC. Cleaners will wait in drive way for you to leave at checkout. Felt rude and rushed.

We had a great stay. The pool was perfect for what we were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved having access to a cooler that we could use during our stay. Everything about the house was very intentional and loved that they had bachelorette themed floats and wine glasses for us to use!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! We took advantage of all this home had to offer including the grill, pool and beach chairs, and it fit our party of 9 very comfortably. We had a wonderful time. The home was clean, spacious, and all the amenities were there. Multiple living areas made having a large group comfortable. Jim and Christin were informative and responsive to messages before and during the stay. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe.

We had an amazing relaxing stay ! This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Every room is so detailed and beautifully decorated but the disco den is incredible. They have all the supplies you could need in a kitchen. The pool is amazing. We couldn’t figure out the record player and the host was there in 5 minutes to help us. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of space for everyone. 10/10

We had family come in and I surprised them with this trip to St. Pete’s and the AIRBNB. When we walked through the door, we were in awe! It was even better than the pics! The little outdoor area with the pool was great for relaxing and our doggo’s had a blast! Jim was so easy to work with and so kind. I was also pleasantly surprised by the easy check out. We didn’t have to do a whole clean like some others we’ve stayed at. We left it as great as we found it! We are already planning our next trip back in a few months and will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time celebrating a bachelorette party at Jim and Christians house! From the moment we booked the house, they were incredibly kind, attentive and accommodating. The list of recommendations around St. Pete was extremely helpful when planning our activities. The pool and backyard was the perfect size for our group and there was plenty of space for us all to hang out inside. The den was the best part and we loved how the house was decorated . I couldn’t recommend staying here enough!!

This airbnb is even better than the pictures! It was absolutely perfect for a bachelorette party, and such an easy uber drive to anything you need. Jim and Christin were by far the best hosts I have ever encountered. They gave us so many local recommendations as no one in the group was super familiar with the area. They were extremely responsive with any questions, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best possible stay. I can't recommend this house and them enough!

House was spacious with lots of amenities. Lots of pool towels, bath towels, everything you need in the kitchen including utensils, pots, plates, etc. and lots of outside seating on the patio. My husband was especially impressed with the popcorn machine (he loves popcorn). My granddaughter’s favorite thing was the pool. Nice location that’s only 15 minutes to downtown St Pete or the Gulf beaches. Would definitely stay again.

We had the most amazing weekend! Jim and Christin’s 70’s house matched the vibe for the bride’s “last disco” weekend perfectly! Jim and Christin were extremely friendly, accommodating, welcoming, and helpful/quick to respond. The house is HUGE, clean, and every single room was adorable! Our favorite room was the record room with a couch large enough for all of us, complete with a cozy fireplace and a popcorn machine! Our only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

This home is absolutely beautiful. It has a 70s theme which was right on tack. I would highly recommend this location. The home is near downtown St. Petersburg, where there’s lots of restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving and we had so much fun in this beautiful home! Movie nights every night in the Disco room! It was in such a great location, super close to the beach and a close drive to Downtown St Pete! The host was extremely friendly and responsive. Would absolutely recommend staying here in this super fun house!

We had an amazing time at this air bnb! The description is spot on. It’s very spacious. Four bedrooms, two baths, and an entire room just to hang out, was perfect for our group of 6! Rob’s place was clean, organized, and we felt right at home. We truly loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Stayed with a group of girls for a wedding. Was nice for everyone to have their own spaces, plenty of room & comfy beds. Pool as noted in other reviews looks smaller in person but perfect for us to lounge around in. Easy ubers downtown or to the beach.

Lovely airbnb! The beds were comfortable and the ac worked well in the Florida heat. The pool is deceptively small, but no less fun. Great for bachelor/bachelorette parties and group trips!

Cute decor. Comfortable beds, adequate kitchen, good A/C. Pool is small but refreshing. Great house for our family of 7. Rob is a great communicator. There were a couple of things listed in amenities, that were not found, but Rob took care of it right away! Great locale, quiet but close enough to anywhere we went. (St Pete beach, Woody's, aquarium at newer pier, alligator rescue, etc) Would have been nice to have a indoor, large comfortable, well lit, eating table and chairs for our family of 7. The deep step down to the master suite was a surprise and difficult for anyone. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Great Airbnb! Check in and check out was very easy. The house was exactly as described and was clean and welcoming. Location was perfect as it was right a short drive to the beach as well as downtown st. Petersburg. The house was also a short drive to grocery stores ect. Towels and linens were fresh and clean and pool was great. The decor of the house was super fun as we stayed there for a disco themed bachelorette party. Comfortable for 10 girls. This was a great spot for a girls trip!! The place was so cute and great for taking pictures! The only downside was the AC was having a hard time keeping up with the florida heat but other that it was great!!

The pool was a little smaller than I thought it was going to be, but that didn't bother us. GREAT location! We really enjoyed Rob’s place! He gave great recommendations (seriously recommend renting the boat captain Justin) and it was central to everything. We had no problems ordering things to the house and even when we encountered a few issues along the trip he was solution oriented, fair, & overall a great host. We will recommend to him that he restocks his cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils) for large groups because we ended up ordering more food than cooking but this did not take away at all from the enjoyment of our trip and overalll satisfaction of the place we booked! Thanks Rob!

Cannot recommend this property enough! Rob was so responsive and accommodating, from providing local recommendations to having a clean, well decorated, and well stocked home. Very easy to get to the beach and downtown area! We would recommend this property to anyone staying in the st Pete area.

Just stayed at Rob’s place for my bachelorette party with a group of 11 and the home was perfect! It was clean and decorated so fun and looked exactly like the pictures. There was also an ample amount of towels, kitchen utensils, etc which was really nice for our large group. The pool was great and felt very private. Rob was an awesome host checking in during our stay and answering all of my questions. The location was the perfect distance between downtown St Petersburg and St Pete Beach. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

I stayed here with 8 girls for my bachelorette. It was a little tight at times and getting ready was somewhat a challenge with only 2 bathrooms, also the master bath had zero privacy. We ran in to another issue early one morning with the guest bath but Rob had it corrected by the afternoon. Location was great, perfect distance between the beach and downtown St Pete. The pool was a perfect size for us. Be careful though, one of the jets on the side of the pool has VERY powerful suction and you can get "caught" on it (could have been the suction for the vacuum?!). This place was perfectly decorated and all in all was a great place to stay.

Rob is a 10/10 host! He was responsive, gave great recommendations and even overnighted us blankets from Amazon because we needed extra! He recommended the boat charter we used and the yoga instructor we hired. The house is great for the value, but there are some travel tips I would like to share if visiting this Airbnb. It was VERY clean, well decorated and the beds were cozy! I slept well every night. It is however a lot smaller than I thought. We went with 9 girls and that was too tight even. I think it would be more suited for 6-8 people - if you don't want anyone sleeping on the couch. There is only 2 bathrooms and with 9 girls it was a challenge. The master bedroom has a bathroom with no door and a barn door, so zero privacy. Also the pool and backyard is tiny. It is equal distance to the beach and downtown St. Pete, but you need to pretty much Uber everywhere or rent a car. If you like to cook on vacation, the kitchen is small and, very limited cooking items, bring spices!

Great stay for a big group

We enjoyed our stay at Rob’s! The home is very aesthetically pleasing, as pictured, and it was fun to stay in. The beds were very comfortable. We were in close proximity to the beach and downtown (about a 10 minute Uber to each). A couple things we didn’t anticipate were the pool being a bit smaller than it looked like in photos, and the minimum temperature lock. We were warm at 68 during the night. Overall, had a great stay!

I can’t thank Rob enough for such a wonderful stay. He was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house itself was beautiful/clean/unique - the house felt like home. Truly the best AirBnB experience I’ve ever had and will for sure be coming back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Rob’s place. It was near a park where you can walk your dog as the pebble yard is very small and inadequate for walking. The house is clean and roomy and the neighborhood quiet and safe. The house is very near stores, restaurants, and beaches. We loved Fort de Soto beaches and the preserve it is on. The sand is silky and the beach wide. Wasn’t crazy about the dog beach. The heated pool was an asset.
