⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t be happier with this Airbnb. From start to finish, the hosts were incredible—friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. There was a very minor inconvenience at check-in, and they handled it immediately and thoughtfully, even hand-delivering a gift to make it right. That level of care really stood out and made us feel so welcome. The house itself was beautifully decorated—stylish and thoughtfully designed—but still incredibly comfortable and relaxing. It felt like a true home away from home. The pool and lanai were highlights of our stay; we spent so much time enjoying the outdoor space, whether relaxing during the day or unwinding in the evenings. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Tampa/Clearwater area. You won’t be disappointed!

Our host Christin & Jim were incredibly kind, generous, friendly, and accommodating in a major way. They were very receptive, engaging, and attentive to all the little details that made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was exquisitely clean, beautifully designed, and had an easy, comfortable flow for our guests. The backyard was stunning — perfect for outdoor entertaining, complete with a lovely pool. Overall, this was a truly beautiful property, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would Highly recommend this home, and would definitely book them again in the future!!! This home is amazing! 🤩 We’re family of 6 with an 8 y. o kid and a senior from NJ felt in love with it! It is absolutely stunning and feels like at home. So cozy, every detail is right to the point. Wood dining table for family gathering, rain shower and bath chair. 🥰 outside heated pool, TV with grill and tiki bar was our favorite hang out area during cozy nights! We never met such a welcoming host like Christin and Jim. Christin was very very nice, answered all our questions and even stopped by to show how the outside lighting works. We were cooking every night and could not wait each time for our dinner at this home! Now I want this shower at my home, those plates, lightning, outside TV, speakers and many more amazing details this house has. Amazing atmosphere and interior and how house is supplied and everything! Very thankful. 😌 🙏

I'm originally from St. Petersburg, and my wife and I both agree-Tim and Christin's place is hands-down the best spot we've stayed at in over 20 years of coming back home. The price for our week was reasonably priced , and they really thought of everything you might need. Anytime we had a question, Tim replied within minutes. Perfect vacation home. Positive: The property is fantastic! The pool area is absolutely huge, everything is spotless, and the entire place is in excellent condition. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the supplies are fabulous—everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended!

AMAZING! I cant say enough about this home. Everything in the description was correct! What my family valued most was...More than enough seating for our group of 12, TVs in every room with tons of channels, kitchen stuff/coffee ect was provided, new appliances, comfy beds, plenty of hot water for showers, soaps/shampoo provided, the home was decorated so professionally, patio/pool area gave the feel of an expensive resort, pool was clean and many floats and pool toys were provided, pergola had a fire pit table with very comfy chairs, with lots of recliners and seating, there was plenty of parking available for our large group. Also there are plenty of nice restaurants, shopping and the beach is less than 10 minutes away. My family and I use Airbnb often for travel, and I can honestly say this is the best over all place we have ever stayed in. Jim & Christin have provided everything you can ask for in a home away from home. Best vacation ever!!!!

House was beautifully decorated yet extremely comfortable and relaxing. We loved the outside lanai and landscaping. Convenient location to beaches, restaurants and lots more. Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We all had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. The house was fantastic—so clean and beautifully decorated with a lot of taste. We’ve never stayed at an Airbnb with this level of detail: complimentary presents for the guests, a personalized welcome message, and complimentary toiletries. The house was designed to ensure a truly enjoyable stay for its guests.

This was the first time I had a host call and check up and make sure we where good to go! That was awesome!!! Place was very nice and didn’t need anything!! Highly recommend and to them Great Job! We enjoyed the stay!!!

If you’re looking for a great place that has everything you would need, look no further. This home is tastefully decorated, has all the accoutrements of home, comfortable and close to everything. The pool/patio area is spectacular. You get good sun during the day and the lighting at night is beautiful. The Tiki hut is a fun place to congregate if shade is your thing. There is plenty of room in this beautiful home for a large family or group. It’s close to shopping and of course some of the best beaches the west coast has to offer. Finally, if I could give the hosts 10 stars I would. They were extremely accommodating with all of our requests. I would definitely return and highly recommend this home.

We arrived 9/6 after a 21 hour drive from Illinois! From the beginning Christin, and Jim were very responsive. We had everything we needed. We told them we were getting married while we were out there. Not expecting a single thing, but they came by the next day with a bottle of champagne! 🍾 sweetest thing! We had the best time! They are extremely responsive, and a pleasure to talk to. It was nice to meet them in person. We will definitely be back!

The perfect family home and probably our favorite rental in Florida! The home was beautiful, spacious, and well thought out. We definitely appreciated the extra toothbrushes and first aid kit when it was needed. The beds were comfortable and the families with kids appreciated having 2 rooms with 2 beds each to share. We enjoyed the backyard pool and tiki bar area which was perfect for a cookout. It was nice having 2 separate gathering areas for the adults to watch sports and the kids to watch a movie, but getting the whole family together was such a treat! We took advantage of the some of the family friendly parks nearby. We definitely recommend this home for a big family get together and we will definitely be back! Thanks again!

This home was amazing in every way. It had all the amenities and supplies plus that you could ever want in a vacation home. Usually I have to go out and buy tons of supplies, but there were plenty of things provided, the home was super clean and we loved the pool! Going back soon!

The whole house was clean and cozy, and well stocked for pool and beach fun! Will definitely be rebooking here in the future.

This definitely felt like home. We enjoyed every minute with laughter and smiles throughout our stay. Jim and Christin were there when we needed to speak to them and extremely friendly. The exterior is immaculate, vibrant, and surrounded by lush greenery. Step inside, and it feels like you've entered a luxury estate; elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The screened-in patio and pool area were our personal slice of paradise. We enjoyed peaceful evenings without a single mosquito in sight, thanks to the expansive enclosure. Inside, the beds were pristine and incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed — fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and more.
